Welcome to Shiraz Showk Therapy

A confidential space to explore the thoughts, feelings and challenges in your life

A Warm Welcome

I passionately believe in the healing potential of the therapeutic partnership. It is a privilege to be able to provide you with a kind, supportive presence as you begin a journey towards transformation and a renewed sense of self.

People seek therapy for many reasons. You may wish to engage more fully with relationships, work and social situations, to address old patterns of self-doubt or worry, to feel more authentically yourself and at peace in your mind and body.

Together, we can discover patterns and coping strategies which may no longer serve you. We can explore the unconscious beliefs that may be limiting your engagement with the world and yourself. I will work alongside you offering support and challenge, to uncover your inner strengths and resources, so that you are able to move on to new, fulfilling ways of being. About Me

How I Work

As a therapist my role is to provide a safe space, support and guidance to help you on your personal journey. Working in this way, we can enable you to examine your life and make new meaningful choices within it. I am a relational, person-centred therapist.

Reflect Together

This means I will provide an empathic, non- judgemental, emotionally supportive environment, where we can reflect together confidentially, on your life circumstances and the difficulties or problems you may be experiencing.

Therapy Partnership

This therapeutic partnership aims to empower your self-growth and personal development, finding ways for you to make the changes you desire. I am looking forward to meeting you, wherever you are on your journey, and travelling with you for a part of the way.
